The purpose of this research was to verify the validity of an instrument that measures the
satisfaction of the cyber home learning system and analyze the satisfaction of the cyber teachers
measured by the instrument. For the purpose, the research conducted a web survey, the subjects of which were 228 cyber teachers in Gyeongbuk Cyber Home Learning System. The research findings were as follows: First, four factors were identified by exploratory factor analysis, including system, instructional guidance, contents, support of the Office of Education. In addition, the result of confirmatory factor analysis supported that the four factor structure model of the satisfaction of the cyber home learning system for cyber teachers fits well. Second, the result of multivariate analysis of variation showed that there were significant differences of the satisfaction of the cyber teachers on the cyber home learning system depending on the varied background variables that the cyber teachers possess. Pedagogical implications and limitation of the study were discussed.

본 연구는 사이버교사를 대상으로 사이버가정학습 만족도 측정도구의 타당도를 검증하여, 사이버교사의 배경변인에 따라 사이버가정학습의 만족도에 유의미한 차이가 있는지를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경상북도 사이버가정학습을 담당하고 있는 사이버교사 228명을 대상으로 온라인 설문으로 진행되었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 사이버교사의 사이버가정학습 만족도 측정도구의 타당화 작업으로 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 11개의 문항을 통한 시스템, 수업지도, 콘텐츠, 시도교육청지원의 4개 하위영역이 추출되었다. 뿐만 아니라 요인구조를 파악하기 위해 설정된 연구모형에 대한 확인적 요인 분석 결과, 여러 지수들의 값을 통해 적합한 모형임이 밝혀졌으며, 측정변수와 잠재변수 간의 설정된 모든 경로에서 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 사이버교사의 배경변인에 따라 사이버가정학습 만족도에 유의미한 차이가 있는지를 분석한 결과, 사이버가정학습 만족도는 배경변인(학교급, 성별, 지도경력, 사이버학급유형, 사이버가 정학습에서의 담당역할)에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
