During the 1920s to 1950s, in order to carry out socialism reform, the socialism circle strongly pushed forward the agriculture collectivize according to the ideology of socialism. The agriculture collectivize is a step of socialism reform. On this background literature works related to this subject appeared in socialistic countries. These literature created a series of characters through the tendency and complicated relations of different classes. These characters can be classified into three types: the character of people who played a leading role in agriculture collectivize; the character of unstable; and the character of people who opposed and destroyed agriculture collectivize. However, those characters developed their own features in different writers' works from different countries and nations, which proved the foundation for comparition and study of agriculture collectivize style literature. This thesis studied how literature reflect agriculture collectivize reform, through the comparison and research of the representative novels of the Soviet Union, China and North Korea.

지난 세기 20년대로부터 50년대에 이르기까지 전 사회주의권에서는 사회주의이념에 따라 낡은 소농경제형태에 대한 사회주의적 개조의 일환으로 농촌에서 농업집단화를 강력하게 추진하였다. 따라서 사회주의권에 속했던 여러 나라 문단에는 농업집단화를 제재로 한 문학작품들이 속출하였다. 이런 문학작품들은 농업집단화 과정에서 나타난 여러 계층, 계급의 동향 및 그들의 얽히고설킨 복잡한 관계를 통하여 일련의 인물들을 부각해냈다. 이런 인물들은 대개 농업집단화를 주도하는 인물형상, 농업집단화 과정에서 방황하고 동요하는 인물형상, 농업집단화를 반대하고 파괴하는 인물형상 등 세 부류로 나뉘어진다. 그러나 이러한 인물형상들은 부동한 민족, 나라의 작가들에 의해 부각된 만큼 그 구체적인 양상에 있어서 나름대로의 특점도 나타내고 있다. 이것은 농업집단화 제재 문학작품들의 비교 연구에 한 근거를 마련해준다.본고에서는 소련, 중국, 북한의 대표적인 농업집단화 제재 소설의 인물형상에 대한 비교 고찰을 통하여 농업집단화에 대한 해당 소설의 대응 양상의 일단을 살펴보고자 하였다
