P.T.S Mobility is very important to next generation communication environment. Development of the UPT which uses the UPTN, that is going on Wire and Wireless network quick combination speed and Standardization research of ITU‐T after 3G Mobile Communication. And Korea UPTN service realization is being advanced a research that BcN will have based on Infra structure construction and ENUM Service will have based on DNS . This paper is the research against a Supra structure of UPT, which construct Numeric Alphabet Numbering(NAN) System is based on
Native Lingual 7bits ASCII interchange code , Universal Personal Authority Number(UPTN) and
UPTN's supra structure.
