In this paper, a key Board configuration to be uses to input multi-language characters using One
Hand Key Board was suggested, considering linguistics, information theory and cognitive
engineering aspects. 28 Ortho_Phonic Hangual Jamo, 26 English characters, and 10 number
characters were assigned onto the Key Board, and some function keys we assigned on to for
Speech-to-Character intergration. In Addition, the structure of key board to input mult-language
characters easily, and it hardwere structure and algorithm were discussed
