Study on Fantasies revealed in the Korean Postwar Modernist Poetry －Focused on the 1960’s Anthology Modern Poetry Ryu, Soon-Tae This study aims to elucidate the characteristics of fantasies revealed in the korean postwar modernist poetry, focused on the 1960’s anthology Modern Poetry. The poets participated in the Modern Poetry created fantasies associated with ‘unity’, ‘metamorphosis’, and ‘death’ in their own way, attaching importance to ‘language’ and ‘the inner world’. These fantasies show that the poets participated in the Modern Poetry called the contemporary practices of modernization and the previous way of creating poems into question. By dint of the Modern Poetry, 1960’s modernist poetry was able to succeed to the 1950’s modernist poetry productively, arrange the new modernist poetics related to the epoch of industrialization. In this respect, We can say that 1960’s Anthology Modern Poetry played an important role in developing of korean modernist poetry.

이 연구는 전후 모더니즘 시에 나타난 환상의 특성을 1960년대 동인지 현대시를 중심으로 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 현대시 동인들은 ‘언어’와 ‘내면’을 중시하는 가운데 매우 독특한 ‘환상’을 창출해 내었던 바, ‘합일’ 환상, ‘변신’ 환상, ‘죽음’ 환상 등은 그 대표적인 것들이다. 이러한 환상들은 각기 독특한 방식으로 주체의 욕망과 타자성의 관계를 담아내면서 현대시 동인들이 당시의 근대화 실천이나 시 창작에서 어떤 문제점들을 느꼈던가를 잘 보여주었다. 환상과 관련해서 볼 때, 동인지 현대시는 1960년대 모더니즘 시가 1950년대의 모더니즘 시를 발전적으로 계승하면서 ‘산업화 시대’와 관련된 새로운 시의 미학을 확립해 나가는 중요한 계기를 이루었다고 할 수 있다.
