An analysis on the strategies of early childhood teachers' practical knowledge using the discussion through WEB-BBS

This study investigates the strategies of early childhood teachers' practical knowledge. Therefore it seek to reveal the early childhood teachers' professional knowledges.
Twenty kindergarten teachers were subjects in this study. Of the cases adapted for this study, 8 were selected based on the case development standards. This web site manage during the 8 weeks.
The findings of this study reveal that there are many strategies of practical knowledge such as the relationship between teacher and parent, between teacher and young children, cooperation with peers, professional attitude, and ask for educational policy.
