Iraqi war in spring 2003 provides netizens or citizens with a discourse event in on-line political community. People as democratic agents obtain hidden-ego areas in on-line and construct multiple identity-citizenship types.
It is discovered that phenomena in holistic system is transformed individual reality and texts exchange contexts in mutual communication world through on-line network. In other words,
globalization really comes true in course of on-line systems and cyber world equal means real world to everyone.
In this respects, this paper analyzes lots of on-line discoursive acts about Iraqi war with which is regarded models of participating citizenship in cyber reality and classifies political identities in
reference to pro-US vs anti-US and realism vs idealism.
Consequently, The identity politics in on-line debates represents individual and social citizenship for democratic relevancy and imports necessity of communicative, negotiable, and global citizenship education in social studies.
