The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between occupational dance socialization and familism. The sample was drawn from 220 professional Korea Dancers worked at the public and private professional dance company located in Seoul, Kyunggi, and, Incheon, A questionnaire was designed to measure effects of factoros of occupational dance socialization
on familsm among professional Korea dancers, consisting of fixed-alternative and open-ended questions. Statistics employed in the data analysis were Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions appears warranted: The more practice time per a week have, the higher family priority. Second the longer total career of dance have, the higher consciousness of family continuity show. Third, the more career of performances have, the higher consciousness of respect to parents show. Fourth, the more career of winning a prize have, the higher consciousness of family solidarity show.

본 연구는 직업적 무용사회화를 경험한 한국무용 직업무용수로 대상으로 그들의 직업적 무용사회화 요인과 가족주의 가치관의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있었다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울 및 경기, 인천 지역 국공립, 시립 및 사립직업무용단 남녀 무용수 220명이며, 직업적 무용사회화 및 가족주의 가치에 관한 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석을 위하여 사용된 통계분석방법은 피어슨 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석이었다. 이와 같은 과정을 통하여 얻어진 결론을 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업무용수의 주간연습량이 많을수록 가족우선성 의식이 낮다.
둘째, 직업무용수의 전체 무용경력이 많을수록 가문영속성 의식이 높다. 셋째, 직업무용수의 공연경력이 많을수록 부모공격의식이 높다. 넷째, 직업무용수의 수상경력이 많을수록 가족유대의식이 높다
