From the beginning of history, humankind have been pursued the meaning and origin of love. We hope to become 'a people of love' and share love with family and neighbors. A person who can understand the love and experience it, he(she) should embrace human being, nature, cosmos, and soul.
In these modern days, science give convenience to us with diverse new products. Ethics is, however, averted, which causes corrupt society. Ethics involves many virtues, 'love' is one of them and most important.
We need a new ethics centered on love, which will unite and harmonize the 'reason and susceptibility' It can lead and reform future society.
In this paper, I suggest 'Love Engineering' that includes 12 loves ; to love parent, body, mind, soul, conscience, spouse, children, brother and sister, neighbor, community, nature, and death. This concept will be the foundation of Ethical Community with Love. Korean ancestors gave us honour and distinction, 'The country of courteous people in the East, Korea', which has ability to export 'Korean current culture'

더불어 사는 존재인 사람은 사랑을 주고받으면서 건전한 윤리 공동체를 이룰 수 있다. 사랑은 윤리 공동체의 바탕이다. 우리들은 사랑의 사람으로서 살기를 원한다. 따라서 사랑에 대한 이해가 필요하며 이를 위하여 사랑 공학의 성립이 요구된다. 사랑 공학으로써 이성과 감성의 조화를 이룬 미래 윤리학을 찾아보려 한다.
본 고찰에서는 12가지 사랑의 종류와 역할을 열거하면서‘사랑 공학’을 제기하였고, 이를 윤리 교육의 정초가 되게 할 것을 주장한다. 사랑의 주고받는 관계가 아름답고 건전할수록 윤리 공동체도 이에 비례하게 된다. 12가지 사랑 공학의 핵심 요소는 조상, 몸, 마음, 영혼, 양심, 부부, 부모와 자녀, 형제 자매, 이웃, 공동체, 자연, 죽음 사랑 등이다.
갈수록 편리함을 제공하는 현대 과학 문명의 이기 속에서 온갖 범죄가 증가하고 있는 현대 사회를 평화와 행복으로 이끌 수 있는 방법은 사랑 공학을 중심한 윤리 교육을 강화하는 것이다.
