Today, our workplace accounts for the happened in the number of industrial accidents rather than an advanced countries. The industrial accident deteriorates life and health of the employees and also it gives the economic damage which is enormous even in the employer. Consequently, it introduced
the system of industrial advanced countries and it established Industrial Safety and Health Committee System it was let the Industrial Safety Health Act even from our country.
Because of the Industrial Safety and Health Committee shall be made up of an equal numbers representing the employer and the employees, the Labor-Management Council comes to be distinguished. But, the operation of our country Industrial Safety and Health Committee shall be investigated from the several objective.
First of all, see that must enlarge establishment range of an Industrial Safety and Health committee.
The second, must get an establishment basis by characteristics of the category of business.
The third, an employer must execute a positive public information and an education
The fourth, efficient and professional education must be executed practically.
The fifth, must take participation of an employees into consideration in case of preparation and amendment of Rules of Employment.
Finally, must enlarge and guarantee the right to participate of an employees.
But, it is hard to define every detail of the things concerned with Industrial Safety and Health in the legal provisions like today. Consequently, it prevents the occurrence of the industrial accident which leads the composition of the Industrial Safety and Health Committee under Labor-Management autonomy and that there is a possibility of doing the place effective role which builds a countermeasure. For the sake of this, it gives more the authority which is currently it give to the employees from the Labor-Management Council than it will be able to maintain an Industrial
Safety and Health. Also, it must guarantee the participation of the employees
positively for the contribute further industrial peacefully.
