The purpose of this essay is to identify relevance and the developmental aspect of Zhu Xi's theory and Chosun Silhak, focusing on Lee Ik and Chong Yagyong's understanding of Sim-Gyung-Bu-Zu. A lot disputation of Sim-Gyung-Bu-Zu are peculiar appearance in which is only presented Korea Philosophy History. Cause of the appearance is several important philosophical reasons that Sim-Gyung-Bu-Zu has. However, More important feature is a case that, although Sim-Gyung-Bu-Zu is basically Zhu Xi's theory work, Yangming learner and Silhak learner take part to the disputation. In this essay, thus, I want to identify relevance and the developmental aspect of Zhu Xi's theory and Chosun Silhak, focusing on Chosun Silhak School's understanding of Sim-Gyung-Bu-Zu.
This essay chapter 2 shows Lee Ik's understanding of Sim-Gyung-Bu-Zu through his work, Sim-Gyung-Bu-Zu-Zil-Seo. This essay can show point that Lee Ik's philosophical view is to be on Toegye scholastic mantle and succeeds Hankang Jeong-gu's view which adhere to powerfully critical view in interpretation-history of Sim-Gyung-Bu-Zu. Unlike general theory of Zhu Xi learner, Lee Ik's A basic view of a profit suggests a viewpoint that hold a taking profit as following Li, by considering goodness and badness as undetermined. This point is a clue of presenting that his Silhak is based on a founadtion of Sung Confucianism.
This essay chapter 3 shows Chong Yagyong's Sim-Gyung-Bu-Zu, focusing on his Sin-Gyung-Mil-Heom. In this essay, we can identify point that view of Chong Yagyong's seong(性) and jeong(情), and view of his In-Sim(人心) and Do-Jim (道心) apart from general theory of Zhu Xi theory. Chong Yagyong interprets seong(性) as good tendency of human, not seong(性) base on Li-Gi(理氣) theory. For discussion of In-Sim and Do-Sim, unlike viewpoint of Zhu Xi theory,
Chong Yagyong take bibliographical viewpoint, then he doesn't admit 16 letter Sim-Beop(心法) that way. However, He admit two phrase of 16 letter Sim-Beop (心法) at least, and show an aspect of a Confucian scholar
Therefore, Lee Ik's Silhak is established on present Zhu Xi theory, on world view of Toegye's thought. Though Chong Yagyong's Silhak break away from world view of Zhu Xi theory, it is clear that his theory is established on mind-world of Confucianism which is based on ‘Sugi(修己)' and 'chi-in(治人)'.

본 논문은 이익과 정약용의 󰡔심경부주心經附註󰡕이해를 중심으로, 한국 실학에 나타난 주자학과의
관련성 및 그 전개양상을 확인하려는 것이다. 󰡔심경부주󰡕를 둘러싸고 이루어진 많은 논쟁은 한국 철학
사에만 있는 독특한 현상으로, 이것은 󰡔심경부주󰡕가 가지고 있는 몇 가지 중요한 철학적 이유 때문이었다. 하지만 이것보다 더 중요한 특징은 󰡔심경부주󰡕가 기본적으로 주자학적인 저서임에도 불구하고, 그에 대한 논쟁의 반열에 양명학자와 실학자들까지 참여하고 있다는 사실이다.
이에 본 논문에서는 이익과 정약욕의 󰡔심경부주󰡕｝관련 해석서에 나타난 철학적 입장을 중심으로 한
국 실학파의 󰡔심경부주󰡕｝이해에서 드러난 주자학과의 관련성과 그 전개 양상을 확인해 보려는 것이다.
이를 위해 본 논문 2장에서는 이익의 󰡔심경부주󰡕｝이해를 그의 저작인 󰡔심경부주질서󰡕를 통해서 확인하고 있다. 이를 통해 본 논문에서는 이익의 철학적 입장이 퇴계 학통 위에 서 있으면서, 󰡔심경부주󰡕의해석사에서 강한 비판적 입장을 견지하고 있는 한강 정구의 입장을 잇고 있다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러면서도 이익利益에 대한 기본 입장은 주자학자들의 일반론과 달리, 선악이 정해지지 않은 것으로 봄으로써 옳게 이익을 취해 가는 것에 대해서는 리를 따르는 것으로 보려는 시각을 제시하고 있다.
이러한 점은 그의 실학이 성리학에 기초해서 이루어지고 있음을 볼 수 있는 대목이다. 그리고 본
논문 3장에서는 정약용의 󰡔심경밀험󰡕을 중심으로 그의 󰡔심경부주󰡕를 확인하고 있다. 이를 통해 본 논문에서는 정약용의 성과 정에 대한 입장 및 인심과 도심에 대한 입장이 주자학의 일반론으로부터 완전
하게 벗어나 있다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 리기론에 바탕한 성이 아니라, 인간의 선한 경향성으로
성을 해석하고 있는 정약용의 입장은 맹자가 말하고 있는 ‘성선’의 성과 의미가 같다는 사실을 알 수
있었던 것이다. 동시에 인심과 도심에 대한 논의에 있어서도 정약용은 고증학적 입장에 서서, 16자 심
법을 그대로 인정하지 않는 모습을 보여줌으로써 주자학과 그 입장을 달리한다. 하지만 적어도 16자
심법 가운데 앞의 두 구절에 대해서는 내용상 합리성을 인정하면서, 유학자로서의 모습을 보여준다.
따라서 이익의 실학은 기존의 주자학, 그것도 퇴계학의 세계관 위에서 건립된 것이라고 말할 수 있다
면, 정약용의 실학은 비록 주자학적 세계관으로부터는 이탈하고 있지만 ‘수기’와 ‘치인’을 기본으로 하
는 유학의 정신세계 위에서 건립된 것은 분명하다고 말할 수 있다.
