This paper presents an overview of a prototypical evaluation system intended for a feasibility of a construction site.
The study has been designed for implementation on LMIS(Land Management Information System) and provided as the research of the relevant condition to architectural legal basis. Architectural legal contents is related with hierarchy of applicable legal items. LMIS is derived from the analysis of architectural legal contents.
The introduction of legal information system is an evolutionary process where acceptability is based on limited information resources.
