factor that influence in house price, and used Hedonic Price Function by analysis method of the factor. Investigated view angel is not only view availability but also analyze view degree. Also, verified effect degree of view value by amount of house, view height and surface of the sea distance. This result may understand the importance about view value at waterfront house price
computation. and can may be utilized to basis data for waterfront landscape plan establishment at Busan.
