The integrated public services evaluation system based on the Integrated Public Services Evaluation Act being enforced on and after April 1, 2006 has to contribute to strengthening national competitiveness finally, and for this goal public services the evaluation need to be carried out to improve effectively efficiency, effectiveness and accountability.
In order to achieve the goal of public services evaluation it has to place emphasis on efficiency and effectiveness evaluation, strengthen the representation of evaluation indicators, the evaluative capacity and rank of the Self-Evaluation Committee in local governments and public agencies, and the developing efforts of evaluation indicators characteristic of each agency, improve the lenient tendency of evaluation, and attach importance to increasing the linkage between
evaluation and performance management through the disclosure and utilization of evaluative results.
