This article reviews the several array of clinical approach for child victims of sexual abuse and highlights special considerations and where to put the emphasis in therapy with such clients. The multiplicity and complexity of the effects of child sexual abuse suggest that multiple interventions pulling together various strategies be utilized. This study may help practitioners familiarize with various techniques and their adequacy and limitations.

본 연구는 성폭행 피해 아동에 대한 개입방안을 소개하였다. 성폭행 후유증의 다양성과 복잡성을 고
려할 때 한 가지 이론이나 개입보다는 다차원적인 개입이 필요하다. 신뢰감형성, 감정적 정화, 성에 대한 인지적 재구조화, 회복과정의 점검, 자조집단, 가족교육, 가해자에 대한 대응 등의 방안을 제안하면서 각 방안을 적용할 때의 주의할 점을 제시하였다. 가장 중요한 요소로 치료자가 마음의 문을 열고 희생자에게 사랑을 주는 것이 중요함을 강조하였다.
