This paper aims to identify the international asset pricing factors between Korea and U.S. integrated industrial capital markets. Various economic factors seem to influence asset pricing in the integrated industrial capital markets. In this paper only major macroeconomic factors are considered. Now that identifying the asset pricing factors is possible only when the capital markets are integrated internationally, first, the integration hypothesis of capital markets is analyzed, and then the significant asset pricing factors are analyzed. The empirical results show that the consumer goods industrial and wholesale and retail service industrial equity markets between Korea and U.S. are integrated. In the integrated consumer goods industrial market, the dollar based exchange rate and Korean inflation rate are identified as the major macroeconomic factors of asset pricing. And in the wholesale and retail service industrial equity market, Korean and U.S. interest rates, and the U.S. inflation rates are significant as the major macroeconomic factors of asset pricing.

본 연구는 한국과 미국 업종별 자본시장에서 금융자산가격결정요인을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 업종별 두 나라 자본시장에서 금융자산가격을 밝히기 위해서는 우선 업종별로 두 나라 자본시장이 통합되어 있는지를 먼저 검증할 필요가 있다. 따라서 한국과 미국 업종별 자본시장이 통합되어 있는지를 국제차익거래가격결정모형(IAPM; International Arbitrage Pricing Model) 을 이용하여 Chow검증으로 분석한 후, 통합되어있는 것으로 판명된 두 나라 업종별 자본시장에서 자산가격결정요인을 분석하였다. 금융자산가격을 결정하는 요인은 수없이 다양하겠지만, 본 연구에서는 두나라의 대표적인 거시경제변수인 환율, 이자율, 물가상승율이 금융자산가격에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 한국과 미국 소비재업종 자본시장과 도소매서비스업종 자본이 통합되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 두 국가간 통합된 것으로 밝혀진 소비재업종 자본시장에서는 원/달러환율과 한국의 예상하지 못한 인플레이션이, 도소매서비스업종 자본시장에서는 우리나라 이자율, 미국이자율과 미국의 예상하지 못한 인플레이션이 가격결정에 유의한 것으로 나타났다.
