The purpose for this study was to analyze the evacuation behavior of a multiplex-theater in case of fire emergency. Recently, the statistics have shown that more it gets massive, the buildings have more potential risk of fire disaster. Of the fire safety considered, there are too much variable fire factors in the multiplex. So, it is necessary to study for fire safety design of the multiplex. The study carried out two different simulations on the multiplex plan. The results were divided into two groups by using Simulex, FDS. Evaluation of a theater in evacuation & fire by two simulations have been printed out. By comparing those two different outputs, we were able to verify the problems of existing cinema. The results have shown that there was a need
for a greater structural design in these theaters.
