Recently as the interest in the aesthetic plan of the city is increasing, the law of the aesthetic plan is about to be established. Thus, we are going to find out the distinction and the harmonization of the landscape color among the city zone throughout this research going with the current trend. As a result of the research focused on the new town and the surroundings of Yangsan, there is an overwhelming distinction between adjacent service areas where need the
continuity of the street aesthetic, on the contrary there is a problem which has a similarity between the service areas where need rather distinction. To resolve this issue in the city zone, we must make an aesthetic plan as soon as possible for the maintenance of the old town, at the same time we need to influence on the new town plan continuously to try to improve the aesthetic of the city zone.
