The purpose of this study is to suggest the area distribution ratio in the public spaces of super high-rise apartment.Also, this study tries to establish the foundation of the standard of Public Space planning of the Super High-rise Apartment. 3 cases were selected in seoul area that were the residential buildings with more than thirty stories that have been built in seoul since 2000. As the result to analyze the facilities of the public space, the exercise facilities appeared in the area distribution so that it was high over the fifty percentages. The leisure practical use space appeared in a functional grouping over seventy percentages.
