XBRL(Extensible Business Reporting Language) is an emerging XML-based standard to define and exchange business and financial performance information. XBRL is a standards-based way to communicate business and financial performance data. These communications are defined
by metadata set out in taxonomies. Taxonomies capture the definition of individual reporting elements as well as the relationships between elements within a taxonomy and in other taxonomies.
This paper is a study on XBRL financial reporting and research model.
Therefore I review XBRL definition and article about XBRL. I exam case of abroad and domestic implementation. And research objective is construct the research model of XBRL.
The research model consist of models from internal and external enterprise environment. Internal environment model affect on accounting system and cost system. But external environment model affect on stock flow, stock price elasticity, long term investor number, capital market
efficiency.

XBRL((Extensible Business Reporting Language)은 기업과 재무성과 정보를 정의하고 교환하기 위한 부상하고 있는 XML기반의 표준이다. 이는 영업과 재무성과 자료를 의사소통하기 위한 표준기반의 방식이다. 이러한 의사소통은 taxonomy들에 있는 메타자료에 의해 정의되어진다.
taxonomy는 개별 보고 요소들의 정의뿐만 아니라, taxonomy와 다른 taxonomy사이에 있는 요소들의 관계를 포착한다.
본 논문은 XBRL 재무보고와 연구모형에 관한 연구이다. 그래서 XBRL을 정의하고 선행연구들을 검토하였다. 그리고 국내와 국외 구축사례들을 살펴보았다. 연구목적은 XBRL의 연구모형을 구축하는 것이다.
연구모형은 기업을 중심으로 기업 내부 환경과 외부 환경으로 2가지로 구축하였다. 내부 환경 모형은 회계시스템과 원가시스템에 영향을 미치는 것으로 구축하였다. 그리고 외부 환경 모형은 주식 유동성, 주가 탄력성, 장기투자자수, 자본 시장 효율성에 영향을 미칠 것으로 구축한 것이다.
