The use of multidisciplinary healthcare teams is an increasingly common aspect of hospitals. But, there appears to be absence of extensive evidence based research on team practices. The purpose of this paper is to examine the strategic factors and process of patient focus value(focus on team-based organization).
because the multidisciplinary team have varied role-sets, complex involvement in care process and hospital management. The first part of this paper presents the relationship between patient-focus-value, hospital innovation and team-based organization. The second part argues that strategic factors that are the maintenance of cooperation between team membership, the shared ownership of information, knowledge, goal, performance, communication between and around
team-based organization, reinforcement and leadership. The third part analysis the empirical study. This paper concludes the patient focus strategic factors and processes by drawing some inferences that affecting the effective teamwork for patient focus value.

병원조직에 있어 다원적 팀제의 도입이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 팀제의 운영 현실과 문제점에 관한 연구는 많지 않은 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구는 환자중심 가치를 지향하는 팀제의 도입과 운영의 전략요인과 과정을 탐색하였다. 진료과정과 병원경영에 있어 다원적 팀제는 다양한 역할과 복합적 기능을 담당하기 때문이다. 본 연구는 먼저 환자중심가치와 병원혁신 및 팀제의 관계성을 고찰하고 이를 통하여 전략요인을 팀내 협력의 유지․관리, 정보․지식․목표․성과의 공유, 팀 내외의 의사소통, 강화와 리더십으로 도출하고 실증분석을 통하여 환자중심 가치를 지향하는 전략요인과 과정을 제시하였다.
