The purpose of this study is to find the method about the design factors considering the remodeling of apartment housing. Domestic remodeling operations has been developed incessantly. Recently, instead of redevelopment and reconstruction, remodeling operations is being generalization. Therefore by considering the related building code, this study seeks the revisions and try to understand the architectural character of apartment housing and find the design factors throughout the remodeling case of apartment housing. For instance, it is to make use of the flexible partition in unit plan or consider a various house plan etc. So by analyzing these remodeling design factor, we will be able to live the residential environment more extensive than previously.
