By using audiovisual content as a product of image, today's media culture expres and transmit proces can be sen as a means for the masses who receptively accomodate media culture to frely express subjective individuality and aesthetic values. These fashion images are expressed in various styles, and the most important factors are Dress, Make-up, and Hair Style. r basic research data concerning Make-up and Hair Style in fashion image composition. This is done by analyzing the Make-up and Hair Styles that define the image, lok, and style which compose the identities of Pop stars, who can be said to be the representative idols of 20th century. understanding of the historic development and characteristics of Make-up and Hair Style is accomplished through general investigation. A thorough analysis of fashion images expressed b y t y p i c a l m e d i a i c o n s s u c h a s Madonna, Um Jung-hwa, Lee Jung-hyun is done, after their classification according to domestic/foreign 's works are presented to give this study a sense of reality.The results of this study are as follows;First, it can be deduced that the interest concerning Make-up and Hair Style, which has started alongside civilization, has changed dynamically according to era and culture.Second, Madonna was chosen as the main subject for the analysis of changes in fashion images, and it was confirmed that the main images that are expresed in her music videos can be clasified as kitsch, pastiche, parody, and fetishism. Third, the two other subjects chosen for comparative analysis are Korean pop artists Um Jung-hwa and Lee Jung-hyun, and they Madonna.Fourth, the importance of Make-up and Hair Style in fashion image changes is reconfirmed through
