This study is aimed at reconsidering the record origin and formation of the “Liang-Zhu(梁祝)” story. Preceding researches raised some questions on the record origin, including whether it dates back to the East-Jin(東晉) dynasty or the Liang(梁) dynasty. One convincing material that can be argued as the record origin of the story is Luoye(羅鄴)'s poem included in ≪Shichaoshi(十抄詩)≫ a poetry selection published in Korea(高麗) dynasty. Early sign of the formation of the story outline turns out to be a narrative poem titled included in ≪Jiazhu-mingxian-shichaoshi(夾注名賢十抄詩)≫ also published in Korea(高麗) dynasty. This poem deserves more attention in the meaning that it has more information not only about signs of the formation of this story, but also about changes and the transformation of the story outline.
