The purpose of this study is to measurement factors of the performance evaluation that specifies possible inner-organization influence factors for measurement the performance of nuclear R&D programs. the performance factors provided in this study are related to output-outcome and process of the R&D programs. The measurement of these influence factors analysis in this study are based on the basic goals and objectives, and directions of government plans concerning nuclear policy and R&D.
