Nowadays, the more are democratized and opened the society, the worse are conflicts in education have been deeping in Korea.
The purpose of this article is to analysis the structure and causes of education community in
elementary and middle school, and to propose the solutions of conflicts.
In chapter Ⅱ, I will define the conflicts in education community by a point of view in conflict
theory, not in functionalism. In chapter Ⅲ, I will review the structure of conflicts in education
community, focusing on 3 main bodies of education, management community, teachers community, and parents' association. In chapter Ⅳ, I will classify surroundings and causes of conflicts as interior and exterior factors. The interior factors will be values and interests among members of a community. The exterior factors will be education environments influenced by neo-liberalism. In chapter V, I will propose the solutions of conflict, which will be awakening of member in community, accepting techniques of dialogue and compromise, setting up new conflict-coordination-committee.

오늘날 한국사회의 급속한 민주화와 개방화의 진척에 따라 교육계의 갈등은 증가되고 있다.
본 논문은 한국 사회에서 일어나고 있는 초 중등 교육계 갈등의 구조와 원인을 분석하고 그 해소 방안을 마련하는데 기본 목적이 있다.
본 논문은 서론에 이어 제 2장에서는 교육계의 갈등 문제를 보는 시각을 기능주의적 입장이 아닌 갈등론적 시각에서 정립하고, 3 장에서는 교단 갈등의 구조를 교육의 3 주체인 교육 관리집단, 교육 수행자인 교사 집단, 교육의 수요자인 학부모 집단 중심으로 살펴보고, 갈등의 유형을 분류하기로 한다.
4장에서는 갈등의 배경이나 원인을 외적 요인을 교육 환경이나 정책 등에서 찾아보고, 교육계 내적 요인은 구성원간의 가치관이나 이익갈등에서 찾아 분석하기로 한다.
5장은 결론의 장으로써 갈등의 해소 방안을 구성원들의 각성, 대화와 타협의 기술 확보, 갈등조정위원구성 등 제도적 장치, 정책적 과제로 나누어 구체적으로 검토하기로 한다.
