This paper analyzes the present condition of urban park-green in Seoul, searches for the problems and gropes the green policy for a sustainable urban park. The problems of urban park-green in Seoul is greatly two. The first, those of production, use of urban park-green. The second, those of the policy (management) of urban park-green. In order to overcome these problems, This paper presents the direction of the green policy for a sustainable urban park. ① The enlargement of total amount of urban park-green ② The establishment of urban park-green network ③ The improvement of necessary law and institution for these ④ The green insurance through a citizens' participation.
