The Development of a Color Education Program of Grade 1 and Grade 2 Elementary Students - For the Applying Steiner’s wet-in-wet watercolor-
초록
영어
In the 7th art education course, the teacher's guide to the art education for the first and second grade school children focuses on the understanding of colors, not the expression of colors. The guide is divided into three categories: play and expression, appreciation, and understanding. In this respect, the wet-in-wet watercolor technique in Steiner's art education theory is to enable the children to experience and learn sensuously the changes of colors, not merely to understand colors. That is the main objective of the 7th revision of art education curriculums. The purpose of the revision is to enable the first and second grade school children to improve their creativity and imagination and to offer the basis to experience and understand colors and deal with them more efficiently. With reference to the color education theory and program by Steiner, the color education program of the study has been contrived. The Steiner's color education program
is designed for the education of children's sense and sensibility through colors by enabling them to experience colors subjectively with their firsthand experience. The color education program for the first and second grade elementary school children, presented in this study, has six chapters of dry watercolor and wet-in-wet watercolor respectively and conveys the analysis of colors and color changes.
