This analysis is based on the thought that color reflect some specific images. Color has a
particular meaning. And that images is called an associated color image. The purpose of this study
is to analyze the movie color of 'the cell'(directed by Tarsem Singh, 2000). It is analyzed according to the synopsis, characters, scenes. Consequently, it is found out that tone and hue are changed obviously as the story goes climax. Soft tone is changed into vivid, deep tone and light hue is changed into strong color compared to the beginning. And each color has various meanings for example, red is associated with a life, love, danger and sexuality. And there are two types of associated color images as one is fixed images and the other is creative images. So for making outstanding film, it is required that two types of images is used properly.
