This paper surveyed the Choi In-hun's novels, “Seoyugi" and “Chongdok-ui Sori" in post-colonial points of view.In “Seoyugi", the colonial unconsciousness of Dokgo Jun who is author’s other self is being visible through the illusions. Seeking the origin of disillusions is described as returning to the “W" city. Dokgo Jun's travel to the past is for seeking the origin of existence of himself, at result he could get close examination in self of present time. And Choi confirmed that contradiction and pressure were related to the Korean history in “Seoyugi".In “Chongdok-ui Sori", Choi perceived his identity, and not only revealed the dominant discourse of those days but also pointed out neo-colonial imperialism by the narrative strategy of appropriation, that is imitating the empire. and he tried to ridicule the authority and main discourse of empire, and wanted destruction of imperial culture. It is a representative descriptive skill that revealing the mechanism of imperial discourse.Choi described his conception of post-colonialism through the experimental formality. And he could bring relief into many problems of those days, because he had a wide appreciation, vast knowledge, and balanced conception of world history. Finally he could expressed the right conception of post-colonialism, and pointed out the structure of colonial pressure of those days very vividly.
