This study aims to reinterpret the Production-Oriented Approach (POA) theory in the context of Korean speaking education to address the practical problems of “input-centeredness and separation of learning and application” in elementary Korean speaking education in China. Elementary Korean learners in China exhibit characteristics such as L1 interference, speaking anxiety, and lack of awareness of cultural appropriateness. Existing POA studies have academic gaps in the field of Korean speaking education, including in-depth mechanism research, systematic framework construction, and Sino-Korean cultural linkage. Therefore, this study constructs a POA speaking education framework that reflects the linguistic, psychological, and cultural characteristics of elementary learners, and establishes a four-stage speaking improvement mechanism comprising motivation induction, knowledge integration, error correction, and cultural appropriateness enhancement. In addition, specific theoretical plans are proposed, such as differentiated application strategies for liberal arts and major Korean courses, online-offline blended class operation strategies, and redefinition of teachers' roles. The results indicate that the POA speaking education framework and four-stage mechanism constructed in this study can contribute to the improvement of elementary Korean speaking education in China and hold academic significance in strengthening the connection between Sino-Korean Korean education research.

본 연구는 중국 내 초급 한국어 구어 교육에서 ‘입력 위주·학용 분리’의 현실적 문제를 해결하기 위해, 산출지향교수법(POA) 이론을 한국어 구어 교육 맥락에 맞춰 재해석하는 것 을 목적으로 한다. 중국 내 초급 한국어 학습자는 모국어 간섭, 발화 불안감, 문화적 적합성 인식 부족 등의 특징을 가지며, 기존 POA 연구는 한국어 구어 교육 분야에서 심층 메커니즘 연구, 체계적 프레임워크 구축, 한중 문화 연계 등의 학술적 공백이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 초 급 학습자의 언어·심리·문화적 특성을 반영한 POA 구어 교육 프레임워크를 구축하고, 동 기 유발, 지식 통합, 오류 수정, 문화적 적합성 향상의 4단계 구어 향상 메커니즘을 정립하였 다. 또한 교양과 전공 한국어의 차별적 적용 방안, 온·오프라인 혼합형 수업 운영 전략, 교 사 역할 재정립 등의 구체적 이론적 방안을 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 본 연구에서 구축한 POA 구어 교육 프레임워크와 4단계 메커니즘은 중국 내 초급 한국어 구어 교육의 개선에 기여할 수 있으며, 한중 한국어 교육 연구의 연계성을 강화하는 학술적 의의를 갖는다.
