This study aims to enhance college students’ psychological literacy and “anti-frustration ability”. Based on the aesthetic characteristics of literature, it constructs a new model for integrating “frustration education” into the teaching of Ancient Chinese Literature, thereby enriching the educational philosophy that emphasizes students’ “frustration education” in Ancient Chinese Literature classroom teaching. Consequently, this study promotes excellent traditional Chinese culture and embodies the value of “activating” traditional culture. As an ancient proverb goes, “There is nothing new under the sun”; human nature has remained consistent throughout thousands of years. Ancient Chinese Literature, as an important carrier of traditional Chinese culture, contains abundant resources for “frustration education”. All sages in ancient times endured loneliness— frustration is an inevitable part of life. In the face of life’s hardships, the open-minded and self-reliant attitudes demonstrated by the ancients have provided us with an inexhaustible source of resources for “frustration education”.

이 글은 대학생의 심리적 소양과 ‘좌절방지 능력’을 향상시키는 것을 목표로 한다. 문학의 미적 특성을 바탕으로 고대문학 교육에 ‘좌절교육’을 통합하는 새로운 모델을 구축함으로써, 학생들의 ‘좌절교육’에 주목하는 고대문학 교실 교육 개념을 풍부하게 하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 우수한 중국 전통 문학을 널리 알리는 동시에, 전통문화를 ‘활성화’시키는 중요한 가치를 지닌다. 태양 아래 새로운 것은 없으며, 인간의 본성은 수천년 동안 변함없이 동일했다. 중국 고대문학은 중국 전통문화의 중요한 운 반체로서, 풍부한 ‘좌절교육’ 자원을 함축하고 있다. 고대의 모든 현자는 외로움을 겪 었는데, 이는 좌절이 인생에서 불가피함을 시사한다. 삶의 고통에 직면할 때, 고대인 들이 보여준 넓은 마음과 자기 계발 태도는 우리에게 무궁무진한 ‘좌절 교육’ 자원을 제공해 주었다.
