This study explores the in-depth experiences of married migrant women in rural areas as cultural tourism commentators and analyzes the impact of these experiences on alleviating acculturative stress. Using a phenomenological approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with ten participants. Findings indicate that cultural tourism commentary fosters economic independence and establishes their roles as professional human resources within the community. The research reveals that the acculturative stress of these women is a multi-layered structure encompassing personal, familial, and social factors, exacerbated by the unique rural environment. Commentary activities serve as a key mechanism to effectively alleviate this stress through organic and complex interactions across these dimensions. However, perceived personal limitations, interpersonal conflicts, and an activity system lacking consideration for cultural distinctiveness remain significant barriers. Therefore, establishing a tailored support system that reflects the specific environmental characteristics of rural areas is essential to ensure stable acculturation and professional manifestation.

본 연구는 농촌 결혼이주여성의 문화관광해설사 활동 경험을 심층적으로 탐구하고, 이러한 활동 경험이 이들의 문화적응스트레스 완화에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하여 농촌 지 역에서 문화관광해설사 활동 경험이 있는 결혼이주여성 10명을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 문화관광해설사 활동은 농촌 결혼이주여성들의 문화적 배경을 활용할 수 있는 사회참여활동임과 동시에, 농업 이외의 대안적 경제활동이라는 점에서 주목 할 만하다. 이는 폭넓은 사회적 경험을 통한 경제적 자립을 견인할 뿐만 아니 라, 이들이 지역사회 내 주체적인 전문 인력으로 도약하는 기제가 된다. 연구 결과 농촌 결혼이주여성의 문화적응스트레스는 개인적가정적사회적 요인으로 구성된 다층적 구조를 보였으며, 농촌의 특수한 환경에서 비롯된 추 가적인 어려움을 확인하였다. 농촌 결혼이주여성의 문화관광해설사 활동은 이 들이 경험하는 개인적ㆍ가정적ㆍ사회적 측면의 다양한 문화적응스트레스를 완화 함에 있어 긍정적인 역할을 하였으며 이러한 완화 과정이 단순히 한 가지 요 인에 의해서가 아니라, 상호 유기적이고 복합적으로 작용하며 이루어진다는 점 에 주목할 필요가 있다. 그러나 활동하면서 겪는 내적 역량의 한계 인식, 대인 관계의 갈등과 이주 여성의 특성이 충분히 고려되지 않은 활동 체계는 이들의 문화적응스트레스를 심화시키고 원활한 직무 수행을 저해하는 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 따라서 이 들의 안정적인 문화적응과 전문성 발현을 위해 농촌 결혼이주여성의 특수성을 고려한 지원 체계 구축이 우선되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.
