This study aimed to explore the level and subdomain characteristics of nursing ethical values among female students in health-related majors who had completed nursing ethics education, and to analyze item-level ethical judgment types from an ethical theoretical perspective. A total of 155 female students enrolled at a university located in G Metropolitan City participated in the study. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS/WIN 26.0 using descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA with Scheffé post hoc tests, and Pearson correlation analysis. The results showed that nursing ethical values differed across subdomains. Higher levels of ethical awareness were observed in relationship-centered domains, whereas relatively lower levels were found in the life-related domain. Item-level analysis revealed that deontological and utilitarian judgments coexisted depending on situational contexts. Significant positive correlations were identified among the subdomains of nursing ethical values. This study provides foundational data for establishing directions in ethics education by offering an exploratory analysis of nursing ethical values among female students in health-related majors.

본 연구는 G광역시 소재 일개 대학교에 재학 중이며, 간호윤리 교육을 이수한 보건계열 여대생 155명을 대상으로 간호윤리가치관의 수준과 하위영역별 특성을 탐색하고, 문항별 윤리적 판단 유형을 윤리이론적 관점에서 분석하였다. 자료는 구조화된 설문지를 통해 수집하였으며, SPSS/WIN 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé 사후검정 및 Pearson 상관분석으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 간호윤리가치관은 하위 영역에 따라 차이를 보였고, 관계 중심 영역에서는 높은 윤리적 인식 수준을, 인간생명관계영역에서는 상대적으로 낮 은 수준을 나타냈다. 문항별 분석에서는 상황에 따라 의무주의와 공리주의적 판단이 혼재되는 양상이 확인되었으며, 하위영역 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 본 연구는 보건계열 여대생의 간호윤리가치관을 탐색적으로 분 석하여 윤리교육 방향 설정을 위한 기초자료를 제공한다.
