This study aimed to examine the effects of patient-perceived nursing service quality and patient participation on the patient experience among inpatients. Using a structured questionnaire, data were collected from 135 inpatients at a general hospital from February 3 to March 7, 2025, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé’s test, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple linear regression. Patient experience was positively correlated with patient-perceived nursing service quality (r=.59, p<.001) and patient participation (r=.52, p<.001), and both variables significantly influenced patient experience, explaining 43.6% of the variance; these findings indicate that improving nursing service quality and promoting patient participation can enhance patients’ positive experiences during the healthcare service process and highlight the role of nurses in fostering positive patient outcomes. This study emphasizes the importance of nursing quality and patient engagement, and future research should explore specific interventions aimed at improving patient experience.

본 연구는 입원환자를 대상으로 간호서비스 질과 환자참여가 환자경험에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 2025년 2월 3일부터 3월 7일까지 종합병원 입원환자 135명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 자료는 기술통계, t-검 정, ANOVA, Scheffé 검정, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 환자경험은 간호서비스 질(r=.59, p<.001)과 환자 참여(r=.52, p<.001)와 정적 상관을 보였으며, 두 변수 모두 환자경험에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고 설명력은 43.6%로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 간호서비스 질을 향상시키고 환자의 적극적 참여를 유도함으로써, 환자가 의료서비스 이용과정에서 실제로 경 험하는 긍정적인 경험을 높일 수 있음을 시사하며, 간호사가 긍정적 환자 경험 형성에 중요한 역할을 함을 보여준다. 본 연구 는 간호서비스 질과 환자참여의 중요성을 강조하며, 향후 연구에서는 환자경험 개선을 위한 구체적인 개입 방안을 탐색할 필 요가 있다.
