The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of nursing student’s academic self-efficacy and employment anxiety on carrer preparation behavior. The Participants in this study nursing students living in city M and G. A total of 2 descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS WIN/PC 2 6.0 program structured questionnaires from 3rd and 4th grade nursing students were used in the final analysis. The results of the study showed a significant correlation with academic self-efficacy (r=.357, p<.001) and a negative correlation with job insecurity (r=-.320, p=.001). The regression analysis results confirmed that job anxiety (β=.-.231, p<.001) and academic self-efficacy (β=.408, p<.001) were influential factors in career preparation behavior, and the explanatory power was 27.4%. In order to positively enhance the career preparation behaviors of nursing students, it is necessary to develop and implement an intervention program that can increase their academic self-efficacy and reduce their employment anxiety.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감과 취업불안이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영항을 파악하기 위한 것이다. 연구대상은 M시와 G시에 소재한 2개 간호학과 간호대학생 3,4학년이고 구조화된 총 262부 의 설문지가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN/PC 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 서술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관관계계수, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 학업적 자기효능감 (r=.357, p<.001)과 유의한 상관관계, 취업불안(r=-.320, p=.001)과 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 회귀분석 결과 취업불안(β=.-.231, p<.001), 학업적 자기효능감( β=.408, p<.001)이 진로준비행동에 영향 요인으로 확인되었으며, 설명력은 27.4%였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 진로준비행동을 긍정적으로 향상시 키기 위해서는 학업적 자기효능감과 간호대학생의 취업불안을 감소시킬수 있는 교육 및 중재 프로그램 개발을 하여 적용하는것이 필요하겠다.
