This study aims to identify factors influencing patient safety nursing activities in hospitals. Data were collected from 166 nurses working in hospitals with 500 or more beds through an online survey. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 30.0. Non-parametric tests including Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis with Scheffé post-hoc analysis, and Spearman correlation were performed. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to identify significant predictors. The mean score for patient safety nursing activities among hospital nurses was 4.29 ± 0.59 points (range: 2.56-5.00). Patient safety nursing activities showed positive correlations with patient safety culture perception, systems thinking, and organizational communication satisfaction. The factors most strongly influencing patient safety nursing were systems thinking (β=.799, p<.001) and patient safety culture perception (β=.169, p=.030), explaining 75.9% of the variance. To improve nurses' patient safety performance, interventions should include strategies to enhance patient safety culture perception and systems thinking.

본 연구는 병원간호사의 환자안전간호활동에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료 수집은 500병상 이상 병원간호사 166명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사로 진행되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 30.0을 이용하였으며, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Scheffé test, Spearman correlation 과 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과에서 병원간호사의 환자안전간호활동 평균 점수는 4.29 ± 0.59점이었다(범위: 2.56-5.00). 환자안전간호활동은 환자안전문화인식, 시스템 사고, 조직의사소통만 족과 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 환자안전간호활동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 시스템 사고(β=.799, p<.001), 환자안전문화인식(β=.169, p=.030)이었으며, 환자안전간호활동을 75.9% 설명하는 것으로 나타 났다. 따라서 간호사의 환자안전간호활동 수행을 향상시키기 위한 중재에는 환자안전문화인식과 시스템 사고를 향상하는 전략을 포함시키는 것이 필요하다.
