[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of digital governance in military logistics organizations on logistics support performance, focusing on the mediating roles of innovativeness and supply chain resilience. As modern defense logistics systems face increasing operational complexity and a rapid pace of digital transformation, agility, efficiency, and responsiveness have become essential. However, technological adoption alone does not guarantee performance improvement. Therefore, this study aims to clarify the dynamic capability–based mechanism through which digital governance translates into organizational performance, thereby identifying the underlying process of military digital transformation. [Methodology] A survey of 201 personnel from key logistics units across the armed forces was analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) and PROCESS macro (Model 6) to test causal and serial mediation effects. Model fit, reliability, and validity tests confirmed the robustness of the analysis. [Findings] The direct effect of digital governance on logistics support performance was insignificant, whereas innovativeness had a significant single mediation effect, and the serial mediation from innovativeness to supply chain resilience was also significant. These results suggest that digital governance indirectly improves performance by fostering innovativeness, which strengthens resilience. In particular, governance institutionalizes exploration–experimentation–diffusion routines through defined authority and accountability, reinforcing adaptive learning that enhances efficiency and agility in logistics operations. [Implications] Theoretically, this study extends the dynamic capabilities view by reframing digital governance as a catalyst for innovation and resilience rather than a mere control mechanism. By identifying the sequential mediating process of innovativeness and supply chain resilience, it elucidates the multi-layered linkage between governance and performance. Practically, military logistics organizations should redesign digital governance as an institutional platform that integrates innovation and resilience through data-driven, adaptive management frameworks to ensure more stable and agile logistics operations in both peacetime and wartime environments.

[연구목적] 본 연구의 목적은 군수조직의 디지털 거버넌스가 군수지원 성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 그 과정에서 혁신성과 공급망 회복탄력성이 수행하는 매개적 역할을 실증적으로 분석하는 데 있다. 최근 국방 물 류체계는 디지털 전환 가속화와 복잡한 작전 환경 속에서 신속성, 효율성, 민첩성이 요구되고 있으나, 단순한 기술 도입만으로는 군수성과 향상을 보장하기 어렵다. 이에 본 연구는 디지털 거버넌스를 조직성과로 연결시키 는 동적역량 기반 경로를 규명함으로써, 군수 디지털 전환의 실질적 메커니즘을 밝히고자 하였다. [연구방법] 군 주요 군수지원부대의 실무자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 총 201부의 유효 표본을 확보 하였다. 자료는 구조방정식모형(SEM) 분석을 통해 변수 간 인과관계를 검증하였으며, PROCESS macro(Model 6)를 병행 활용하여 혁신성과 회복탄력성의 직렬매개효과(serial mediation)를 검증하였다. 또한 모형의 적합도와 신뢰·타당성 분석을 통해 측정모형의 통계적 정당성을 확보하였다. [연구결과] 분석 결과, 디지털 거버넌스의 군수지원 성과에 대한 직접효과는 유의하지 않았으나, 혁신성의 단일 매개경로와 혁신성 → 공급망 회복탄력성의 직렬 매개경로는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 공급망 회복 탄력성의 단일 매개효과는 본 표본에서 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 이는 디지털 거버넌스가 성과에 직접적으 로 영향을 미치기보다는, 혁신성을 촉진하고 이를 통해 회복탄력성을 강화함으로써 간접적으로 성과를 향상시 키는 구조적 메커니즘이 작동함을 의미한다. [연구의 시사점] 이론적으로, 본 연구는 디지털 거버넌스의 효과를 동적역량 관점에서 재해석함으로써, 기 존의 구조적·통제 중심 거버넌스 연구를 역량기반의 수행 메커니즘 연구로 확장하였다. 특히 혁신성과 회복탄 력성을 연쇄적 매개변수로 설정하여, 거버넌스–혁신–성과 간 관계의 다층적 경로를 체계적으로 규명하였다. 실무적으로는, 군수지원조직은 디지털 거버넌스를 단순한 IT 관리체계가 아닌 혁신 촉진과 회복탄력성 강화의 제도적 플랫폼으로 재구조화할 필요가 있다. 또한, 혁신성과 회복탄력성 통합 관리체계, 데이터 기반 의사결정 시스템, 디지털 거버넌스 모델을 구축함으로써, 전시 및 평시 모두에서 안정적이고 민첩한 군수지원 체계를 확 보할 수 있을 것이다.
