"This study aims to overcome the limitations inherent in the existing Information Strategy Planning (ISP) consulting methodology, which is centered on qualitative analysis. To this end, the primary objective is to develop and propose a standardized consulting methodology module that fundamentally utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based data analytics. "We are designed to ensure that the module ultimately provides corporate consultants and practitioners with a quantitative and scientific data-driven consulting framework that is immediately applicable in the field, thus contributing to the enhancement of decision-making quality and execution power." The study designed a standardized procedure based on the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle, consisting of four steps (term definition, literature review, AI-linked methodology development, and case verification), and demonstrated through the application of a Production Process Automation ISP at Company (A) which resulted in strategy establishment (Plan), process automation (Do), prediction accuracy improvement (Check), and smart process advancement (Act) the potential for generating quantitative results like reduced defect rates and enhanced equipment efficiency
