This study examined the professional knowledge system and identity of innovative new teaching methods to explore operational utilization as a model for motor learning and development instruction in Judo majors. A total of seven expert professors were selected through purposeful sampling, and the following conclusions were drawn. First, innovative new teaching methods must be established as a model for operating a motor learning and development instruction model in Judo. Second, a specialized knowledge system for each stage of major competency must be established as a model for operating a motor learning and development instruction model in Judo majors. Third, educational programs must be presented through the development of a model for innovative teaching methods as a model for motor learning and development instruction in Judo majors. Therefore, further research on operational utilization as a model for motor learning and development instruction in Judo majors is necessary.

이 연구는 전문가 교수 집단의 경험적 진술을 토대로 유도 전공 실기 의 운동학습 및 발달 수업 모델로서 운영 활용 방안을 모색하기 위해 혁 신 신교수법 전문 지식체계와 정체성을 살펴보았다. 전문가 집단 교수 총 7명을 유목적 표집법(purposeful sampling) 연구 대상을 선정하였으며 결론으로 도출을 얻었는데 이는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유도의 운동학습 및 발달 수업 모델 운영으로서 신교수법 혁신이 정립되어야 한다. 둘째, 전 공 실기의 운동학습 및 발달 수업 운영 모델로서 전공 능력의 단계별 전 문 지식체계를 확립해야 한다. 셋째, 유도의 운동학습 및 발달 수업 모 델로서 교수법 혁신의 모형 개발을 통한 교육프로그램 제시가 있어야 한다. 따라서 유도 전공 실기의 운동학습 및 발달 수업 모델로서 운영 활용 방안을 통해 교육 혁신적 학습효과를 진행하여 단계별 학습 능력 을 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
