The purpose of this study was to identify the predictive factors influencing nursing professional values among nursing students, focusing on nursing ethical values, bioethics awareness, and artificial intelligence ethics awareness. A descriptive survey design was employed, and participants were nursing students who had completed nursing ethics education. Data were collected using structured questionnaires from July 1 to July 15, 2025. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 26.0, applying descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results indicated that nursing professional values were positively correlated with bioethics awareness (r=0.228, p=.004) and artificial intelligence ethics awareness (r=0.174, p=.026). Regression analysis revealed that bioethics awareness (β=0.228, p=.004) was a significant predictor of nursing professional values, explaining 4.65% of the variance. These findings suggest that bioethics awareness constitutes a core ethical foundation in the development of professional identity among nursing students. Therefore, nursing education should strengthen bioethics-centered ethics education and develop educational programs that integrate artificial intelligence ethics to enhance nursing professional values.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호윤리가치관, 생명윤리의식 및 인공지능윤리의식이 간호전문직관에 미치는 예측요인을 규명하고자 수행하였다. 이를 위해 간호윤리 교육을 이수한 간호대학생을 대상으로 서술적 조사연구를 실시하였다. 자료수집 은 2025년 7월 1일부터 15일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 26.0 프로그램을 활용 하여 기술통계, Pearson 상관분석 및 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호전문직관은 생명윤리의식(r=0.228, p=.004)과 인공지능윤리의식(r=0.174, p=.026)과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 회귀분석 결과, 생명윤리의식(β=0.228, p=.004)이 간호전문직관에 유의한 예측요인으로 확인되었으며, 설명력은 4.65%였다. 이는 간호대학생의 정체성 형성에 있어 생명윤리 의식이 핵심적 윤리적 기반임을 시사한다. 따라서, 향후 간호교육에서는 생명윤리의식을 중심으로 한 윤리교육 강화와 인공 지능 윤리를 통합한 교육 프로그램 개발이 요구된다.
