The era is becoming increasingly characterized by rapid acceleration. As Korean society faces an accelerating pace of low birth rates and an aging population, it is experiencing a significant decline in the productive population. Concurrently, the transition toward a multicultural society is gaining momentum. In response to these societal shifts, research aimed at activating multiethnic ministry has become imperative. The purpose of this study is to examine the core principles of multiethnic ministry and, based on these principles, to facilitate effective implementation and active ministry. This study employs a literature review to analyze content including case studies and historical research. It utilizes qualitative data derived from the Bible, professional literature, and academic journals. First, the primary terms used in this paper are defined, followed by the provision of theoretical principles for activating multiethnic ministries. The fundamental motivation and catalyst of multiethnic ministry lie in its biblical-theological foundations. Along with the principled basis of biblical theology for multiethnic ministry, general yet essential core principles are presented. In addition, the practical functions of the church related to the principles of multiethnic ministry applicable to various ministry areas-such as evangelism, missions, and church growth-are investigated. Therefore, in the current era where communities composed of diverse ethnic groups are increasing, this study holds significance in that it promotes mutual understanding and cooperation among people from different ethnic backgrounds and contributes to the development of the church and local communities through the activation of ministry.

시대는 점점 더 급변하고 고속화되어 가고 있다. 한국 사회도 저출산, 고령화의 속도가 빨라지면서 생산 인구의 감소로 이어지고 있다. 거기에 발맞추어 다문화 사회의 형성은 급물살을 타고 있다. 이에 시대적 변화의 반응으로 다민족 사역의 활성화를 위한 연구가 요구되었다. 이 연구의 목적은 다민족 사역의 핵심 원리들을 심도 있게 고찰하여, 그 원리를 바탕으로 효과적인 수행과 활발한 사역을 돕는 데 있다. 본 연구는 문헌 조사를 통해 사례 연구와 역사적 연구를 포함한 내용 을 분석한다. 성경과 전문서적, 학술 논문을 연구한 질적 자료를 사용 한다. 먼저, 이 논문에서 사용된 주된 용어들을 정의하고, 다민족 사역 의 활성화를 위한 이론적 원리들이 제공된다. 다민족 사역의 본질적인 동기이자 원동력은 성경신학적 기초이다. 다민족 사역을 위한 성경신 학의 원리적 기초와 함께, 일반적이면서 핵심적인 원리들이 제시된다. 더불어, 다양한 사역 분야-전도나 선교, 교회 성장 등-에서 응용할 수 있는 다민족 사역의 원리와 관련된 교회의 실제적인 기능들이 연구된다. 따라서 본 연구는 다양한 민족 사람들로 구성된 공동체가 증가하는 현 시대적 흐름속에서, 서로 다른 민족적 배경을 가진 사람들 간의 상호 이해와 협력을 증진 시키고, 사역의 활성화를 통해 교회와 지역 사회의 발전에 기여한다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.
