This study compares and analyzes the UI/UX structures of recommendation features in representative Korean and Chinese delivery applications, specifically “Baedal Minjok,” “Coupang Eats,” “Meituan Waimai,” and “Ele.me.” The recommendation functions of each app show notable differences in user context, visual information structure, and content categorization, reflecting distinct platform strategies. The analysis reveals that the Korean apps emphasize exploration-oriented personalized recommendations and user-friendly card-based layouts, while the Chinese apps focus on visually immersive promotion-based UI and benefit-driven exposure strategies. This paper examines the form, layout, visual design, and information system of each platform’s recommendation feature, identifies the structural similarities and differences between the two countries, and proposes directions for improvement. The study aims to provide a foundational reference for building UX strategies in global delivery platforms and offers practical insights into service design approaches to enhance user experience.

본 연구는 한·중 양국의 대표 배달 애플리케이션인 ‘배달의민족’, ‘쿠팡이츠’, ‘메이투안 와이마이’, ‘어러머’를 대상으로 추 천 기능의 UI/UX 구조를 비교·분석하였다. 각 앱의 추천 기능은 소비자 사용 맥락, 시각적 정보 배열, 콘텐츠 분류 방식 등에서 뚜렷한 차이를 보이며, 플랫폼 전략에 따라 상이한 UI 흐름과 설계 방식이 나타난다. 분석 결과, 한국 앱은 탐색 중심의 개인화 추천과 카드형 정보 구성 등 사용자 친화적 설계가 두드러졌으며, 중국 앱은 혜택 노출 중심의 프로모션 형 UI와 시각적 몰입 경험을 통한 추천 방식이 특징적이다. 본 논문은 형식, 레이아웃, 시각적 구조, 정보 체계의 측면에 서 플랫폼별 UI/UX 전략을 구조화하여 비교하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 한중 플랫폼의 공통점과 차이점을 도출하고 실무적 개선 방향을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 배달 플랫폼의 추천 기능 설계에 있어 국가별 UX 전략 수립에 기초 자료를 제공하 며, 사용자 경험 향상을 위한 서비스디자인 방향성 정립에 시사점을 제시한다.
