In line with the paradigm shift toward computer-based teaching and learning, it is necessary to diversify the presentation of academic achievement assessment analysis results to enhance instructional feedback mechanisms. This study classified middle school mathematics items from the National Assessment of Educational Achievement by item template type based on student responses and analyzed log data for each type, focusing on answer input time and item accuracy. The analysis results revealed that examining the time spent on each step and the history of revisions enabled a more detailed diagnosis of the students' problem-solving process. Furthermore, analysis of the frequency of incorrect answers using level-based log data, in addition to individual log data, facilitated the identification of students' mathematical misconceptions or situations in which students frequently make mistakes during the problem-solving process. Based on these findings, the study recommended developing a learning analytics dashboard that processes and visualizes log data, improving the mathematical symbol input system, and operating pilot schools for computer-based assessment.

컴퓨터 기반으로 교수⋅학습 전반이 변화하는 패러다임에 발맞추어 학업성취도 평가 결과 활용 활성화를 위하여 학업성취도 평가 분석 결과를 다각화하여 제공함으로써 교수⋅학습 환류 기능을 제고할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 국가수준 학업성취도 평가 중학교 수학 문항을 학생 응답 측면의 문항 템플릿 유형별로 분류하고, 각 유형별 로그 데이터 중 답안 입력 소요 시간과 문항에 대한 정오를 중심으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 학생이 문항에 소요한 단계별 소요 시간과 수정 이력 확인을 통하여 학생의 문제 해결 과정을 보다 면밀히 진단할 수 있었다. 또한 개인별 로그 데이터 이외에 수준별 로그 데이터에 기반한 오답 빈도 분석은 학생들의 수학적 오개념이나 학생들이 문제 해결 과정에서 많이 실수하는 상황에 대하여 보다 쉽게 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 토대로 로그 데이터를 가공하여 시각적으로 변환한 학습 분석 대시보드 제공의 필요성, 수식 입력 시스템의 고도화, 컴퓨터 기반 평가 시범학교 운영을 제언하였다.
