In the field of skincare, we aim to analyze the behaviora l intentions of customers using skincare clinics through extended planned behavior research, including heuristics. This study examined the behavioral intentions of skincar e clinic customers based on an extended theory of planne d behavior, including heuristics, and additionally consider ed prior knowledge as a moderating variable. Out of the 700 respondents in this survey, data from 662 individuals, excluding 38 who responded insincerely, were collected a nd empirically analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 statistical p ackage program. The results of this study showed differe nces according to demographic characteristics, and there were significant differences in subjective norms and affe ctive heuristics depending on the type of skincare clinic. The influence of the extended theory of planned behavior on behavioral intentions differed according to the type of skincare clinic, and in the case of medical skincare clinic s, there were no significant differences except for represe ntativeness heuristics. Finally, prior knowledge had a sig nificant moderating effect on the extended theory of plan ned behavior. This study is significant in that it examine d the behavioral intentions of customers using skincare cli nics by applying the extended theory of planned behavior.

피부미용 분야에서 휴리스틱을 포함한 확장된 계획행동 연구를 통해 피부관리실 이용고객의 행동의도를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 휴리스틱을 포함한 확장된 계획행동이론을 토대로 피부관리실 이용고객의 행동의도를 살펴보았으며, 조 절변수로 사전지식을 추가해 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 문헌 연 구 방법과 실증연구 방법을 병행해 진행하였으며, 100명의 예 비조사를 거쳐 본 조사 700명 중에서 불성실 응답 38명을 제 외한 662명의 자료를 수집해 SPSS 20.0 통계 패키지 프로그 램으로 실증분석을 진행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 피부관리실 유형(메디컬, 일반)에 따라 확장된 계획행동에 차이를 검증한 결과 계획행동 요인의 주관적 규범과 휴리스틱 요인의 감정 성에 유의미한 영향을 끼쳤다. 둘째, 피부관리실 이용고객의 확장된 계획행동이 행동의도에 영향을 주는가에 대해서는 계 획행동 세 요인과 휴리스틱 세 요인 모두 행동의도에 유의미 한 영향을 끼쳤다. 셋째, 피부관리실 유형에 따라 확장된 계 획행동이 행동의도에 끼치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 계획행동 세 요인은 모두 행동의도에 영향을 끼쳤으나 휴리스틱 세 요 인은 피부관리실 유형에 따라 다른 결과가 나왔다. 일반 피부 관리실의 경우 휴리스틱 세 요인 모두 유의미한 영향을 끼쳤 으나 메디컬 피부관리실의 경우 대표성 휴리스틱을 제외한 나머지는 유의미하지 않아 가설에서 기각되었다. 마지막으로 확장된 계획행동이론에 사전지식을 조절변수로 설정해 살펴 본 결과 대표성 휴리스틱을 제외한 나머지 요인에서는 모두 조절 역할로써 유의미한 영향을 끼쳤다. 본 연구는 확장된 계 획행동이론을 적용해 피부관리실 이용고객의 행동의도를 살 펴보았다는 것에 의의가 있다
