The purpose of this study is to propose a new collaboration method for customized culture and arts education using artificial intelligence (AI) in response to the era of the 4th industrial revolution. It was intended to improve the accessibility limitations and lack of personalization of exi sting culture and arts education, and to establish a qualitative growth and sustainable development model for local culture and arts education through cooperation between ‘Rregional·Institutional·Academic Networks’. The spatial scope of the study was set to Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, and 31 cities and counties, and literature research, case analy sis, and expert FGI were conducted in parallel, focusing on data from the last five years from 2019 to 2024. As a result of the analysis, the Paju area laid the foundation for ’Rregional·Institutional·Academic Networks’ collaborati on through the combination of the geopolitical characteris tics of division and unification and publishing, art, and educational infrastructure. In particular, cooperation with pu blic institutions, connection between Heyri Art Village an d universities, use of cultural foundations and promotiona l media, and technological collaboration with large corporations and high-tech companies such as LG had a positiv e effect on revitalizing the local culture and arts ecosystem. In addition, the AI-based platform strengthened the ef ficiency and customization of education and enabled parti cipant-centered operation. In conclusion, the network of intellectual, governmental, and academic cooperation through AI technology has drawn a vision that can promote innovation in local culture and arts education, foster creative and convergent talents, and drive the shared growth of the cultural economy. In the future, it is necessary to establish sustainable policies that reflect regional characteristics by analyzing AI data and upgrading an educational model that integrates realistic content.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 대응하여 인공지능(AI)을 활용한 맞춤형 문화예술교육의 새로운 협업 방식을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 기존 문화예술교육이 지닌 접근성 한계와 개 인화 부족 문제를 개선하고, ‘지자체·산업계·학계’의 협력을 통해 지역 문화예술교육의 질적 성장과 지속가능한 발전 모 델을 구축하고자 하였다. 연구의 공간적 범위는 경기도 파주 시와 31개 시군으로 설정하였으며, 2019년부터 2024년까지의 최근 5년간의 자료를 중심으로 문헌조사, 사례분석, 전문가 F GI를 병행하였다. 분석 결과, 파주 지역은 분단과 통일의 지 정학적 특성과 출판·예술·교육 인프라의 결합을 통해 ‘지·관· 학’ 협업의 기반을 갖추고 있었다. 특히 공공기관 협력, 헤이 리 예술마을과 대학 연계, 문화재단 및 홍보매체 활용, LG 등 대기업 및 첨단기업과의 기술 협업이 지역 문화예술 생태계 활성화에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 AI 기반 플랫폼은 교육 의 효율성과 맞춤성을 강화하고 참여자 중심의 운영을 가능 하게 하였다. 결론적으로 AI 기술을 매개로 한 지·관·학 협력 네트워크는 지역 문화예술교육의 혁신을 촉진하고, 창의융합 형 인재 양성과 문화경제의 동반 성장을 견인할 수 있는 비전 을 도출하였다. 향후에는 AI 데이터 분석과 실감형 콘텐츠를 통합한 교육 모델 고도화를 통해 지역 특성을 반영한 지속가 능한 정책 수립이 필요하다.
