This study aimed to identify the nature of technological inequality and alienation caused by technological development in the posthuman era by analyzing Cheon Seon-ran's A Thousand Blues based on Gilbert Simondon's philosophy of technology. Furthermore, it aims to suggest the possibility of solidarity through transindividual relations as a means to overcome these issues. Cheon Seon-ran's A Thousand Blues illustrates the situation in which human labor is replaced by machines due to technological development in the posthuman era. And, the novel highlights the phenomenon of alienation experienced in a society where the ontological value is evaluated primarily based on economic efficiency. Gilbert Simondon perceives the alienation in this era of technological advancement as a result of denying the ontological value of technical objects and viewing them merely as instrumental means. For Gilbert Simondon, this perception stems from a fundamental lack of understanding regarding technology. As an alternative to the alienation caused by such technological inequality and misunderstanding, Gilbert Simondon emphasizes the importance of establishing transindividual relations. In A Thousand Blues, characters such as Collie, Today, and Yeon-jae demonstrate the process of forming a transindividual solidarity by awakening the 'pre-individual potential' latent within each being through affective emotion. The technical ensemble constructed by Collie, Today, and Yeon-jae serves as a crucial mechanism for overcoming the alienation that may arise from technological advancements in the posthuman era. In this way, A Thousand Blues proposes the ideal form of human- nonhuman relationships as a guiding direction for the posthuman era. Transindividual solidarity achieved through technical activity can serve as an alternative to overcome the alienation caused by closed systems. In this regard, A Thousand Blues provokes humanistic reflection on the formation of transindividual relations in the posthuman era.

본 연구는 질베르 시몽동의 기술철학을 바탕으로 천선란의 『천 개의 파랑』을 분석함으로써, 포스트휴먼 시대의 기술 발달이 야기하는 기술 불평등 현상과 소외의 본질을 규명하 고자 했다. 그리고 이를 극복하기 위한 방안으로 개체초월적 관계 맺음을 통한 연대 가능 성을 살펴보고자 했다. 천선란의 『천 개의 파랑』에서는 포스트휴먼 시대의 기술 발달로 인해 인간의 노동력이 기계로 대체되는 상황이 잘 나타나 있다. 이와 함께, 경제적 효율성에 따라 존재적 가치가 평가되는 사회에서 겪는 소외 현상도 잘 드러나 있다. 질베르 시몽동은 이러한 기술 발달 시대에 나타나는 소외 현상은 기술적 대상의 존재론적 가치를 부정하고 이를 도구적 수단 으로서만 인식할 때 발생하는 것으로 인식한다. 그리고 이러한 인식은 기술에 대한 몰이해 에서 비롯된다고 보았다. 기술 접근의 불평등과 몰이해가 불러일으킨 소외에 대한 대안으로서 질베르 시몽동은 개체초월적 관계 맺음이 중요하다고 인식한다. 『천 개의 파랑』에서는 콜리와 투데이, 연재 등이 정서적 감동을 통해 각 존재 내부에 잠재된 ‘전개체적 퍼텐셜’을 일깨우며, 개체초월 적 연대를 형성해 가는 과정을 잘 보여준다. 이러한 콜리와 투데이, 연재가 구축한 기술적 앙상블은 포스트휴먼 시대의 기술 발달이 불러올 수 있는 소외를 극복하는 데 중요한 기제로 작용한다. 이와 같이 『천 개의 파랑』은 포스트휴먼 시대에 우리가 지향해야 할 인간-비인간 간의 관계 맺음의 양상을 제시해 준다. 기술적 활동을 통한 개체초월적 연대는 닫힌 시스템이 불러일으킨 소외를 극복할 수 있는 하나의 대안이 될 수 있다. 이러한 점에서 『천 개의 파랑』은 포스트휴먼 시대의 개체초월적 관계 맺기를 위한 인문학적 성찰을 불러일으킨다.
