This study presents development strategies for private infrastructure in autonomous driving road transportation. We analyze technical requirements focusing on high-precision digital infrastructure, V2X communication infrastructure, integrated control systems, and security management systems, while proposing public-private partnership approaches for their effective implementation. The study also suggests systematic demonstration projects and verification systems to ensure infrastructure safety and reliability. Policy recommendations include expanding regulatory sandboxes, strengthening financial support, and developing professional workforce to promote private sector participation.

본 연구는 자율주행 도로교통의 민간 인프라 구축을 위한 발전 방안을 제시한다. 고정밀 디지털 인프라, V2X 통신 인프라, 통합 관제 시스템, 보안 관리 시스템을 중심으로 기술 요구사항을 분석하고, 이를 효과적으로 구현하기 위한 민관협력 방안을 도출하였다. 또한 체계적인 실증사업과 검증체계를 통해 자율주행 인프라의 안전성과 신뢰성을 확보하고 자 하였다. 민간 참여 활성화를 위해 규제 샌드박스 확대, 금융 지원 강화, 전문인력 양성 등의 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.
