Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects involve long-term contracts where the public and private sectors collaborate to deliver public assets and services. In such projects, the integrated management of risk-based schedules and costs during the construction phase is a critical factor for successful project management. This study analyzes the interaction between schedule and cost risks in PPP projects and highlights the need for an integrated approach to manage them effectively. Through this, the study aims to enhance the likelihood of project success, foster trust among stakeholders, and propose strategic approaches for proactive risk management.

민간투자사업(PPP)은 공공과 민간 부문이 협력하여 공공 자산 및 서비스를 제공하는 장기 계약 형태로, 건설기간 발생 할 수 있는 리스크 기반의 일정 및 원가를 통합적으로 관리하는 것이 성공적 프로젝트 관리의 핵심적인 요소로 작용한다. 본 연구는 민간투자사업에서 발생하는 일정 및 원가 리스크의 상호작용을 분석하고, 이를 효과적으로 관리하 기 위한 통합적 접근법의 필요성을 강조한다. 이를 통해 프로젝트의 성공 가능성을 높이고 이해관계자 간의 신뢰를 증진하며, 리스크를 사전에 관리하기 위한 전략적 접근 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
