This study aims to explore the developmental direction of moral education in the era of artificial intelligence(AI). To this end, the research trends in AI-related moral education were analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative methods, and key tasks for future education were identified. The findings indicate that research on AI and moral education began in 2017, with an average of more than 13 studies published annually since 2021. The research themes were classified into six categories, including “ethics education,” “moral and ethical status,” and “ethical issues,” which were consistently confirmed through text-mining analyses of article abstracts. For the further advancement of AI-related moral education, this study highlights the need to expand research across all grade levels, investigate the competencies required for teachers, and conduct studies verifying the effectiveness of teaching and learning methods.

본 연구는 인공지능 시대 도덕과의 발전 방향을 모색하는 것에 목적 이 있다. 이를 위해 현재 도덕과의 인공지능(AI) 관련 연구의 동향을 질적/양적 방법을 통해 분석하였고, 미래 교육을 위한 과제를 도출하 였다. 연구 결과 도덕과의 인공지능 관련 연구는 2017년부터 시작되어 2021년 이후 매년 평균 13편 이상 진행되고 있으며, 그 내용은 ‘윤리교 육’, ‘도덕적·윤리적 지위’, ‘윤리적 문제’ 등 6개의 범주로 구분되었고, 이는 각 논문의 초록을 바탕으로 한 텍스트마이닝 분석을 통해서도 일 관되게 나타났다. 향후 도덕과 AI 관련 연구의 발전을 위해 연구 대상 을 전 학년으로 확대하고 교사에게 필요한 역량 탐구, 그리고 교수·학 습 방법에 대한 효과성 검증 연구 등이 필요함을 밝혔다.
